Product Characteristics

(1) Wide viewing angle
The outdoor full-color SMD display screen has a wide viewing angle of 110° in the horizontal direction and 110° in the vertical direction, which is particularly advantageous in some application places.

(2) Good light distribution
The matching consistency of the three brightnesses of the red, green and blue oval LEDs at different angles is a very difficult indicator. The full-color SMD has a three-in-one design structure. The red, green and blue chips are all in a bracket cup. Therefore, the matching consistency of the three brightnesses of red, green and blue at different angles is highly consistent, so that the outdoor full-color SMD display screen has good brightness matching consistency at any angle, achieving a better color realistic effect.

(3) Good light mixing
Since the design structure is three-in-one, the three chips are very close to each other and mix light in the same bracket cup, rather than three separate oval LEDs. Therefore, the red, green and blue light mixing effect is better than that of the direct-insertion oval LED screen, which is especially suitable for close-up viewing.

(4) High contrast ratio
Due to the three-in-one design structure, the full-color SMD?is small in size, so the luminous area is small and the black area is large, which improves the contrast ratio of the LED?display.

(5) Automated production
The SMD?can be automatically mounted using a fully automatic mounting machine, with high production efficiency. The circuit design of the full-color SMD?display module can realize the two-in-one of the light board and the driver board, reducing costs, improving reliability, and improving production efficiency. Automated SMD production can also improve the vertical accuracy of the SMD?on the circuit board, overcoming the vertical accuracy problem of the direct-insert elliptical LED?on the circuit board, thereby ensuring better optical effects.

(6) Circuit protection
The circuit board is protected by three anti-coatings (anti-corrosion, anti-static, and moisture-proof).

1.8mm~2.2mm double-sided glass fiber copper clad board.

(8) The cabinet
σ≥1.5mm steel plate is sprayed with fluorocarbon coating on the surface. The LED outdoor display screen has a back cover, a fan, full waterproof, and a fully enclosed standard cabinet.
